Sounds do me like you've got two microfilters on one line!

If you do that you are essentially drowning out the connection.

you should have a filter in every phone socket

i do now and my hub doesnt work, but there is a filter at the top of the extension that the upstairs sky box plugs in and the hub plugs in, that runs down into the double on the sky plug and into a microfilter and then the phone is in the other sky double i think

my mum got a letter from sky saying there gay and the box cant do a callback.. but im sure i plugged it in right, i had the wire from the sky box in the socket which has a double socket built into it, ive then got an extension running upstairs which the hub and upstairs box plug into and then the telephone downstairs is plugged into the remaining socket but sky reckon thats not right

anyone know where im going wrong?
