Do you get a HDMI output with the HD drive?

MGS will be on 360.

I dont see the point in selling it, you ca buy a HD DVD player, not to mention there are very few decent HD/Blu ray films out.

Not worth it yet IMO

MGS and GT:HD will be the only reasons I'll purchase a PS3. Superb games.

Grand Theft Auto 4 is multiplatform  then of course there's Halo 3 :|

I don't think they are getting the new one though, or not for a while any way.....

It's not a huge concern mate, just a little one. I have always been a playstation fan, more so than x box and I got the 360 because the PS3 was delayed. MGS4 Gran Turismo Tekken, Tomb raider etc, big fan of them games, don't think X box will get them.....

if you're that concerned about watching films in HD then get the Xbox HD DVD addon. £120 or thereabouts.

buy a blu ray player then and some blu ray dvd's. will cost alot though and won't be much different, much like the ps3

The money you're going to lose alone on the 360 would pay for a HD DVD drive.

only thing you'll be getting extra in my eyes is the Blu Ray player. Most of the games as loafofbrett said are coming out for both consoles and the differences between the two are negligible imo.

If you are getting bored of your 360, chances are you'll be bored with a PS3.

Brett

Most of the games are cross-platform anyway so a PS3 won't offer anymore excitement.

Not sure if I should, but getting a bit bored of my 360, worth a trade in to get a PS3 do you think?
