with 1and1, open up the control panel select your domain name (instant domain registration, i think its called, should be in a table, list your domains under your account etc). Select the domain, will take you to your "administrations" page, select "Domains", should get a page called "Domain Overview".

if you have multiple domains, set the nameservers to point to your hosting then within cPanel (or the likes) there should be the option to park a domain name. Type in the domain, ie: www.frank.co.uk and it will point to your hosting just like your main domain

are there web hosts that simply register the name, and allow you to point to the IP of my other site?
