i also wouldnt move away from phpbb, as its easily the best free software you can get, then you have to pay for vbulletin which is worse imo anyway.

you just need to customise it your way

the welcome page looks ok but im guessing its a template from the websomewhere, the forums could do with a little work mind

Depends how much you want to pay, a complete redesign and complete new forum including migrating the data wont be cheap.

Looking for a good reliable and cheap web designer to re-design a local cruise website that I and a few others run .
