What is the DVD?, if it's a newer one then could be a new encryption type. | |

im having same trouble to copy one of my dvds, is slightly scratched have tried decrypter 1st which it rips it to hdd but then when put through shrink still comes with same error, im running anydvd in background..any suggestions | |

Try using DVD decrypter first | |

it means that the structure of the dvd is corrupt normally to do with copy protection on the dvd | |
