I let Crucial come up with an upgrade for my PC. It came up with 2gb for £150. Would be very nice if that worked - I only have 256mb at the moment.

depends on what you go for, some of the higher quality ones will, others will show a good price but come with nothing!

I'm interested in getting something to fit in a drive bay like that to monitor the temperature and any other stuff that might be useful.

Fuck wasting money on upgrades.

Wait for the next round of upgrades to come out first, if you try to upgrade or wait for each new technology it would cost you a fortune.

£100 is stupidly low then for the kind of performance you'd want from it. Expect to pay around £150 for some good value 2GB, and upto £350 for some decent 2GB

your best having 1gb of quality RAM rather than 2GB of cheap RAM, especially if your intending to overclock and se ehow fast you can get it.

I fancy upgrading my RAM, don't particularly need to but as I built the PC myself, I would like to see how fast I can get it :
