Switch the cable back to normal tv, go to display settings, switch it to 60hz, then switch the cable back to HD. Sorted

HD but i'm not sure what number.
It wouldnt let me change the settings to 60hz, should I not be on HD to change to 60hz?

Right, I just got a copy of 'Hitman: Blood money' on 360 and when you try to load it it says 'this game only supports 60hz, please change your display to this setting in the 360 HUD menu' :boggle: This was at my gf's house and it was on a HD:TV.
I don't know what it needs to be 60hz for but surely it doesnt matter on HD tv :boggle:
Any help?
