ye ive been using html since i was 12 moving on to php and mysql. I now work as a full time coder not a student!!! I dont windows everything is crap, i have my opinion on windows doing certain things and in certain areas it is crap!

Secondly. Why would any 1 run a web server on a windows based operating system? i.e. mssql

if it 2000, open enterprise manager and the database and select the users option. then add user and select sa from the drop down

hopefully someone will know this; please remeber i have very little experience with sql!

ok i have a database called "production" now i need the default sa user to be able to access this from another program.

now sa is in "users" on the "master" database though not this one called production.

help please its driving me nuts!!
