When connecting to xbox live i get the message sayong there's an update available but for some reason it then fails......leaving me to contact xbox support who are useless. They bascially say go to xbox.com/support and burn the update to disc but its no where to be seen......so

Does anybody know where i can download the latest update for my xbox??
