How do you resample the audio?

When i transfer it to the PC it works fine

I'm pretty sure that's down to the phone not supporting the sample rate of the audio. The only way to solve the problem is to resample the audio.

I've been sent a few videos to my phone (Sony Ericsson P990i) both videos coming from Sony Ericsson W800i. Now when i play them on the pone the picture is fine but the sounds is 100 times faster and the people sound like they been taking too much helium.

Does anyone know what's wrong and how to fix it please?
