If you have nerp or similar installed, when you click a .bin file it opens nero and burns it for you.

Burnt the BIN file to CD...no luck...just includes this same BIN file when I run the CD...doesnt initialize anything...


You dont burn the bin file literally. In nero look for the option something like 'Burn image' once selected it will ask for location of the bin/cue file.

right i got it installed now just need to do the cue file to get it so i dont have to use disc, how do i do that?

The nfo file can be opened with Notepad, gives u info only but how to unpack the files

hasnt work, its just extracted everything into a massive .bin file, which i cant do anything with :boggle:

yer ive managed to open the .nfo file now, it was corrupt

winrar is extracting everything now, looks promising :thumbs:

.nfo are text files usually about the other files you have downloaded and .sfv files are just verification files to check the others that have been downloaded with it AFAIK

im stuck! i havnt downloaded a torrent before...

ive just downloaded 'Football_Manager_2007-Razor1911.torrent' but ive just got a folder full of files i cant do anything with (doesnt recognise the file types)... am i missing some software to 'unpack' them

the file types are .nfo and .sfv :boggle:
