	Phone develops fault that soon. Take it back to shop and demand a replacement..If they are not forth coming cancel the Direct debit.. If they say you need to give them a time to fix they HAVE to give you a loan phone in the interm until yours comes back.

	refuse to pay the contract until you get the phone back escelate the call from the indian call centres to uk management, and also say you will be seeking advice from your solicitor and citizens advice on recovering the charges for a service you are not being provided

Insurance is £7.99 a month plus £2 a month admin charges etc...:lol: what a load of tosh..Never had insurance on any of my phones..

	If your phone fcuks up your screwed, as they dont offer insurance other than the manufacturers warranty... You loose it or break it, you buy another... Phone develops a fault on its own, it has to go back to 3 to be sent to the manufacturer, and this can take some time... They wont replace the phone unless the manufacturer replaces it under warranty...
