If you don't pay the 200 quid every year it's not legal and you might as well just dl a torrent and not pay 200 quid anwyay.

i wish there was a copy of windows MCE in there.
I ight buy it then.
I have a couple of machines with XP Pro on and my MCE.

I might be tempted to get it, depending on what version of Vista is on there.

Do you actually re-pay £200 each year Jodi?

LOL no, to register I just told them that I'm a systems consultant and recommend the use of Microsoft products. :|

Not everyone I assume is in that position.

Yep, you have to be a registered partner on their site, etc. I am waiting till Vista comes out and they update the pack and then I will get it - got 2 laptops, a desktop PC and a fileserver so it will be extremely useful and save a lot of £££.

http://%3cbr%20/%3E at the start of them

Bart

i cannot get that link to work!

just google microsoft action pack and go to microsoft site

John

The start of the link is dodgy.
Take away everything before the http://www.microsoft

If it really is a legit deal and it woudl save you money go for it.
What's all the india stuff though?

well, office 2003 pro, 10 cals worth, @ £200 thats a total of £4k.

Microsoft Project 2003 @ £622 each, thats a total of £6.2k

i aint even gonna go on (thats the least of what we would use).
I would also like to look at sharepoint

John

The site has india in the url and it has payment details for india only.

It is also subscription based.
It is 200 a year.

Which you know it seems.

You would have to work out what software you would actually use and if it was cost effective to use that instead of buying.

no its not for indians? what sort of a comment is that?

ive read many reviews on websites and everyone recommends it. Its not for distribution, or use on any other machine except the "enviornment" you order it for.

i.e cant go from home to work or vice versa.

THere is XP on here, so im wondering if Vista will arrive on here later on?
