"baier" picture out of the box is crap - however prolly since the default setting is contrast and colour all the way up, after playing about its spot on, as said nbefore cant fault the pic quality from my dvd player, but freeview / sky digi is "grainey" via scart, after looking on few forums seems the problem with external freeview / sky digi boxes is common.

the hyundai A321 is suppose to be a top lcd for 600 quid, been thinking about getting one for that money.

Whats the make of the jobby you got from asda?

ended up keeping this, problem was pic quality with freeview - dvd player was fine - used composite input instead of scart for freeview and now all is good - was only 349 frm asda, also hd ready and has hd port, dnt think it supports full res tho

cheers, the "baier" i got aint so bad on built in tv, however quality from my freeview box via scart, or dvd via scart is just crap. Been told to use vga from dvd player as quality will be miles better, however still leaves me with crappy freeview, the wharfdale im looking at tomoz has built in freeview so will see what display model is like, failing that looks like ill be ordering something like above online.

Can anyone recomend some? Came home with one today that was on special offer @ asda, what a mistake, needless to say is going back tomorrow. I remember seeing a wharfdale one in argos other day and quality looked pretty good as this was the one i was originally gonna get - will have another look tomoz.
