Its an x86 emulator written for the PSP CPU so yeah, if it'll run on an old slow PC, it'll run on a PSP. As far as I'm aware no one has got an operating system on direct to PSP hardware.

ANYTHING is possible with enough work...

doubt it would run very well if its true, but tbh it could also be a very clever fake by using a screengrab & just viewing the picture on the PSP
