8 Years custom with them,

Never ever had a problem with them, always have signal

only problem with shouting is.... it tends to piss people off and they dont help you any way, if you talk normally you tend to get more help.

if you feel the person on the phone can not help you, politely ask to speak to a supervisor.

its common logic why would some one want to help you if your shouting and screaming at them, also bear in mine by nature a lot of people who work in call centres are cunts ect who just dont give a crap about there jobs.

occasionally you will get a decent person.

but yes the only thing you can do is drop your tariff to the lowest and pay the rest of the contract out, which meens you will have to give 30 days written notice.

get on the phone, demand they rign you back, and then they wil know you mean bussines. then tell them to sort there fucking act out, becuase when you signed up for the contract, it didnt say in the contract, that they will be fucking you around after nearly 3 years of service.

if they stil dont help you out, make 2k's worth of calls, then report your phone stolen, and say your not paying the bill,. piss them off abit.

It does.
I often find with O2 that if you go into the shop and kick up a fuss in person, you get further than with the idiots on the phone. And it doesn't cost you silly money.

Not sure on the cancelling bit but go to Orange!

Only ever had one problem with them as far as billing was concerned and it was sorted within 5 minutes of me picking the phone up.

Been with them for the past 3 years

o2 keep fucking up my bills over charging me etc. I just spent another 40 minutes on the phone and im not getting anywhere. I decided I wanna move on.

WHile I was on the phone I asked the bloke when this contract expires, 26th October he says.

Is there anything I can do at all? Am I right in thinking if i cancelled now I would have to pay 4 months line rental to them?

I know there a view of you that work in mobile phone shops etc so was hoping some one could offer some sort of advide.

Thank you :)
