Either the host will need to do this or while they're in there have them alter the path to the file so that you have access to it in future.

edited the htaccess file but i need to add one line to the PHP.ini

via FTP, but can not FTP outside the websection of the server, though can edit files in the same directory via webmin just not the one i need.

So you don't have root access then.

If you can't get in by FTP/SFTP then you're stuck. How are you getting pages in there?

download it, open it up in notepad, upload it back to it mate :thumbs: its just like any other .ini file mate

how do i edit it, i have access to the root of the server and know where it is located, but how do i edit it as i need to increase a setting on it.
