Is it a hp printer? You have to have the printer disconected when you install the drivers. Easy way around it is to uninstall it (leave conected) in the device manager and then run the setup again. | |

Make sure the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service is running, and then try starting the Print Spooler service again. | |
