Yes. But these things are small Windows XP comptuers, and not PDAs on Windows Mobile. I see your point though, it seems overkill for something that can do the things that PDAs can already do. The one use I can see would be for a computer in your car, as you could just build the whole unit into your dashboard.


but you can build tiny computers into your car at the moment already, ones that will be alot more powerful than these new small things!

Yeah, and Qteks were something else under another name. I cant remember who makes them originally though. They are also branded as Imates aswell.

Had something similar, Orange SPV M500. Then got fed up with carrying a chunky phone round all the time so got myself a Motorola L7 SLVR.

yeh the xda's were quite chunky tho, i changed to the qtek s100 (mini xda) much better functions and its alot smaller

I really like them, they are going to be like using a laptop in your palm. Battery life isn't to hot but who cares about that.

They could easily do mp3, Dvix, Games, GPS with speed camera database, Pictures, Bluetooth, Wireless Internet from telephone 3G or hotspots, RSS. Live video streaming from the net like TV shows, music videos, film trailers,
