basically, no, the network will argue that they are offering 99% network coverage and your house just happens to be the 1%

I'm on a contract phone 18months, i have till november this year till it ends.

Is there anything i can do about not getting signal down my street but when i walk to the top of my street its fine? Its really annoys me because i have to put my phone in wierd places around the house just to get any reception.

Could i say that they are making me pay for a service which is unusable?

any help appreiciated (sp)
