1. Press the Menu button on your remote control
2. Press the buttons 1, 6 and then 7 on your remote control in order, one at a time
3. Press the Mute button on your remote control
4. Exit the Menu and insert the disc to play

http://www.vcdhelp.com Look for the section that lists the codes to access the secret menu on your player to swap it to region 9... Or is it 8?

I have got a Grundig GDV530 DVD player, I recently bought a DVD off eBay but didn't notice that it was Region 1! :mad:

Is there any way I can make my DVD player play it? When I insert the disc it says "wrong region". :(
