	Agreed. I have just re-formatted my pc, and installed all the essentials on there (eg zone alarm, AVG, office, photoshop, nero etc) and its so0o0o0o0o0o much quicker now. Used to download stuff randomly, but im going to be much more careful now. ll be impressed if something can get past Zonealarm, AVG, Ad-Aware and Microsoft Spyware BETA.

	Microsoft Onecare Beta and Microsoft AntiSpyware Beta. Good stuff, and a nice change from having Norton for years. Both free, currently at least.

	I would suggest getting a firewal that filters your traffic. We use a company called fortinet who are shit hot.

	AVG and Microsoft Firewall Beta, I use AVG becuase its free (always a bonus) and I find that the microsoft spyware scanner is proberbly teh best on hte market. It picks up all spyware problems that I have ever had unlike certain other commercial ones. Why do you want to know ?
