	its not advisable to do tho, they will be able to tell, when i spoke 2 an isp once they told me what router I had in place! they can actually go back down the line!

	I've got a laptop and 2 pc's on 2mb connection and the speed is still the same. :) Mines the belkin router and network cards theyre pretty good.

	try this it will tell you everything you will need http://web.belkin.com/config/network2/index0.asp?catid=6 but off the top of my head you could get a ADSL Modem with Wireless Router, a wireless Card for your laptop and connect the desktop with CAT5 cable to the router and then to the phoneline. same setup as me actually

	aol is fine with the netgear DG834G router there is just one setting you need to change.
