go one better and do two SATA drives plugged into a raid controller card, raid 1 for integrity or raid 0 for performance :D | |

It would just be easier to backup everything on the D: onto either a load of CD's or get another hard-drive and install windows on that instead. Partitions suck in my opinion. I have 2 hard-drives, 160gb and 60gb, and whenever something goes wrong, i put it on my backup hard-disk, and format the 60gb one (which has windows, and all the core files) | |

you use 'format' to format. fdisk is used to partition hard disks | |
