	on aol people can set the noises for when they come online. if they are on your buddy list it will do it

	maybe someones set that song to come up instead of one of windows normal sounds. like for example, when you click a link you hear a "click" sound. you can edit it through the control panel.

	not frequently, but every so often it plays about a second or maybe less of music. done it three times today. it's usually a short bit from one of the sean paul tracks, but today it's done it twice with what sounds like a part of an all saints tune. very bizarre. is this a common problem or is my pc haunted? doesn't do any harm, but it bugs me why it does it.
