Done it :D Put in code 1 and that was wrong then I put in the seventh one and that unlocked it.

type *#06# then type in the number on the DCT4 link i gave you. Select the network that the phone originally came from, leave the GEN bit, then select your phone model and click calculate.

Then enter the codes. Easy as pie
