My copy runs but is jerky as fcuk.
I got Nvidia geforce 4 or summat.
Unreal 2004 looks beautiful on it so I would have thought Doom would as least work ok.

also you need to make sure the rest of the system is up to it, it aint all good just upgrading the RAM.

will the graphics card cope/support it?

If your graphics are onboard, forget it - bloke I work with just had to buy a new graphics card to run the game, as it wouldn't run with his onboard chipset.

Just a quickie as I am a little dim when it comes to PC's.
I currently have 256mb of ram on my PC.
Doom 3 requires a minimum of 384mb of ram.
If I buy ANOTHER 256mb of ram and plug it into my pc will that then give me 512mb of ram or can't you add 2 lots together?

Help me please!
