flat screens still do it,

if it only does it once everyso often i bet its the phone connecting to the network, as tim suggests,

otherwise unplug it from any power and give it 10 mins.

plug back in and should be ok.

It only do it when the phone is near? The phone still occasionally talks to the network when you're not on the phone... What make is your monitor (some makes are better shielded than others)...

If you're having a major problem (and this is at work and necessary to be on the phone), get a flat screen...

I spend a lot of time at my computer on my phone. You always get the interference lines on the screen, but recently its started doing it all the time even when I'm not on the phone. could I have damaged the monitor permanently? :o
