T-Mobile are crap, went to spain recently and two mates had o2 fones. We get ther and all switch on, they get a msg instantly saying welcome to spain and ur now using roaming services etc....... We go to leave and i send maybe the 10 msg, and finally get a msg saying welcome.

Crap customer service aswell. O2 or 3 all the way from now on.

May be worth ringing t-mobile up and asking them, then again probably not worth it......

My brother's just recieved a text message saying that he's recieved a picture message & he's to log onto www.t-mobile.co.uk/pcollect to download the picture... but there's no such site..

I've checked the T-Mobile site & there's no sign of being able to retrieve a picture message... Anyone know the site i need to use?
