Apparently if a phone is lost/stolen/whatever... It cannot be unlocked after the phone has been barred. This is to stop thieving basterds nicking phones and selling them on. So the phone is, unfortunatly, useless.

couldnt you just get the phone unlocked, and then buy a new sim, or just sell the handset as unlocked? Ask munchie about this one, he seems to be the resident corsasport mobile expert!

Just fone the network m8 and explain it to them but they'll probably want the rest of the money for the new fone b4 they even think of re-connecting her old one.

my bird lost her contract phone (samsung e700) a few weeks ago and paid £50 excess on her insurance to get a new one. She found her old phone yesterday but I think the phone has been blocked by the nework etc. Is there anyway around this to get the phone working again? I want it as its a nice phone! she's on t mobile an im on orange. |
