i got d-link router but pci card for connection to my pc, word of advice if you on bt openworld you gonna have trouble setting it up | |

with a network you can use all of them at the same time, but you will only notice a drop in speed if they were all downloading large files. | |

or if it is just the 2 computers, do away with the router, and set up an Ad-hoc (peer to peer) network, with just the 2 wireless cards connecting the computers, and ICS (internet connection sharing, built into windows) to share the broadband. Depends on how much £ you have and what you need. | |

the newest standard, 802.11g runs at 54mbps and has an increased range to the old 11/22mbps wireless standard. Something like this would be perfect as a router... | |
