3310 needs phone to be unlocked via cable as its a DCT3. Most DCT4 codes can be unlocked remotely using codes.


J-Me, this company claims to be able to unlock yours remotely also. Give em a try. http://w.mgunlocks.tk/

Mainly requires cables and software, but some just involve punching a few codes in.
