cheers for ur php thing, i'm trying to go simpler still and not use the sql bit & jus have 1 cookie set at the beginning remembering if the user has voted before. If so the results are shown. I've based the vote on sum of cs's finest corsa's  better check if the owners don't mind

Cisco Internetwork Operating System (Cisco IOSTM) software provides the intelligence of the Internet through a suite of value-added technologies and features. Cisco IOS software is the unifying thread that connects otherwise disparate hardware and provides security, reliability, and investment protection in the face of network growth, change, and new applications. It comprises a sophisticated suite of networking capabilities that resides at the heart of such internetworking devices as standalone routers, router modules for shared-media hubs, switches, PC and workstation file servers, multiservice WAN access switches, and ATM-capable PBXs. The Cisco IOS software is what differentiates Cisco's internetworking solutions from other industry alternatives.

i think it stands for integrated operating ssytem, runs on most cisco kit that can be managed such as adsl/isdn routers, routers, switches. Lets you edit everything from a web interface or login (using telnet normally).

use google :)
