when you start the computer with the boot disk, there should be an option to start the computer with cd rom and networking support too.

Hi, does anyone know how i get my pc to recognize the cd drive when in pure ms dos?? it works if i open dos whilst in windows but if i restart in ms dos mode it doesnt..
ive tried making a book disk but this still doent work.
