if u burn as audio it changes them to .cda keep as data then its mp3 or wma, some cd players can play .wma's, get Plus XP media bonus edition (kazaa) and its got converter from wma to mp3 and also mp3 to wma!!

mine will play wma just don't follow the cd burning.

do I burn as a data file or audio file

when you say it plays MP3s etc, is there an etc. ? As some head units will play WMAs

Right got some music files in wma format. my head unit plays mp3 etc

Do I need to convert them to mp3?
