Yeah

Just type in a code when there's no sim card in it, and it will unlock

You will lose all your settings though, so if there's anything u wanna keep, make sure u write it down first :p

Me and my dad are both getting a Samsung E700, its £190 on a website on orange, but we both use o2. So i was wondering what the process of unblocking this phone is? Has anyone done it yet?
