I rip out all other languages except english, and as many video's as possible.

U can normally rip stuff out a dvd ps2 game to get it on cdr. Extra languages and stuff.

X-Box - Chipped - with 80Gb Hard drive

nope need dvd-writer u cant compress a game in the same way, if u were to span a game (dvd) onto cd it wud take quite a few and u cant swap mid session

there is loads of software that can do that but its not th same by a long shot, its still technically an svcd and the quality is shit unless u loads of cds

yeah it is true, theres quite a fe downloadable demos on download.com if you want to try it out before forking out for the software. It compresses the DVD format so it will fit on the CD, but you need the software to be able to play it back, like Divx or xvid. I think it can also burn into standard V-CD format so some standalone DVD players can recognise it too

mate told me today that there is some software out, that lets u record dvd's, using a normal non dvd, cd writer

any1 know if this is true?
