	^^ very often that will happen. You simply remain calm, thank them, ask them for the service cut off date and leave it until the last day. 9/10 times you'll get a dozen phone calls with loads of offers.

	no, but you have two options; 1, ring up and threaten to leave. 2, cancel and let someone else in the household sign up under their name. If you do number 2, you'll get bombarded with offers.

	I've only ever had Sky so don't know any alternatives, or at least never used any. I don't want to pay the over inflated prices of sky any longer but like the service they offer. What's the cost effective alternatives, and how do they compare?
