Cheers guys, been using outlook seems to be a lot better than the standard app. :)

Outlook (email service) is pretty decent tbf and UI isn't half bad - it's what you get for the OWA on Office 365 Exchange.
Mobile app seemed ok from the brief few minutes i've used it although i suspect it has it's issues.

If it's just for Hotmail (you should have been upgraded to Outlook now) then try the Outlook app from the Play store. Otherwise give K-9 a go, certainly one of the best Android email apps out there if you need to use IMAP/POP accounts etc.

K-9 Mail was recommended to me on here (dom i think). That worked well with all my accounts, including Hotmail.
