I suppose you have a point there

Never make calls though, use about 15 minutes talk time a month! I guess I just text instead :/

Yeah, I tend to use whatsapp quite a bit. Tbh I'm not like a massive texter, but my contract only had 500 per month and I've been going over by a bit each month.

Back unlimited now, best way, serves me right for being a tight bastard when I downgraded my contract!

I was on one that did for two years but found I hardly ever text enough to justify it so when my renewal came through I downgraded to a nice cheap one. Since then I have found myself back in the dating game ...texting more now :/

Russ - it's an iPhone.

Yes with any tariff on any network upgrading to a higher priced tariff is not a problem during your contract term (as they will obviously earn more money off you) - the problem is only when you want to decrease it.

Just had a proper look on 'My o2'

Yeah, looks like for an extra £5 a month I can upgrade my tariff, will get an extra 100 minutes and unlimited texts :)

Thanks!

I'm about 9 months into a 18 month contract, as I wanna up my allowance and basically pay them more a month I'm hoping they'll say yes!

Edit - on o2 btw

Shouldn't be a problem at all, sometimes if you are in the early part of a contract they won't let you alter it down though. Which network? I found I was going over my 500mb data on O2 so just upped it to 1gb.

I keep running over my allowance on my free texts on my contract.

Has anyone had any luck upping allowances for an extra fee per month?
