Screen on a kindle is completely useless for web browsing, no point in 3G unless you regularly find yourself in Japan needing to buy a book that second. | |

So, for use in the home the Fire is essentially the same but $300 cheaper? Just with half the hdd space, which is pretty much pointless when you basically only use it to surf the net or stream to anyway. | |
