Galaxy tab is poo.

Newer tablets coming through like BB playbook (Proper HTML desktop browser and built in flash/adobe support) the HTC flyer will be out soon, the Xoom has a proper sized screen and the iPad is very simple to use but as it's for net browsiing lacks flash

They boot as quick as a smart phone. If she can use a pc she can use a tablet. I would recommend anything with android OS other alternative is an iPad

As my mum hates using the PC to go on the net, as she says it takes too long, etc, I had a thought about getting her a tablet which just uses WIFI. I could set it up with bookmarks/shortcuts to the sites she uses, I assume they turn on pretty quickly?

Are they generally easy to use? Even for old-ish people?
