You'll also need to shut down outlook when the file is being accessed, if you're moving it straight from the original folder it'll need to be shut down the whole time it transfers either way, it isn't practical. | |

Most online storage works like a sync directory, so file changes are automatically uploaded/updates. With Dropbox its roughly 10secs for the software to detect the change in file size and start uploading the new file. | |

With outlook, you can share calendars using a remote file (i.e stored on a web server or something). | |

After my other thread which I deleted, i've come up with an idea about getting two outlooks to interact without using mail exchange. |
