shite. it says after a minute or so online connection needed to enter the shop. if i click no it cancels the route i have put in. if i click yes it fails to enter the shop. so like the previous maps on my phone, it dont work. | |

They will work but they hadn't added the E71 to the list yet when I checked during the week, they may have now, it's a nokia wide thing. | |

yeah i rang before christmas they said it takes about 48 hours and sadly they cancel the sim card i am using now right away so no phone till new one turns up. will get on the case tomorrow. | |

Give customer services a ring and they should be able to give you a new SIM card for free and keep your number and everything. Basically just a replacement. | |

might help if my sim card wasnt 9 years old so cant get 3g so it wont work. arse. | |

Nic, Google google maps for s60 from your phone and should find it. Or have a gander around the google home page, (on your phone) should find it. | |

i have maps. sorry to be confusing i mean the drive thing for sat nav free. the map bit works great just cant plan a route without paying for it. | |

Yeah when you first use it you get a trial or something. Just the usual thing to try and draw you in so that you pay for a license when it runs out :thumbs: | |

I just tried Nokia Maps on my 5800, it made me update my maps and now I just activated a 90 day trial, apparently :| | |

Google Maps is good but it needs an internet connection to work whereas the Nokia one doesn't. If you're cheap/frugal like me then that's a problem :lol: | |

DL Google maps for S60. Its so much better than nokia maps. And can use the street view (if avaliable) which helps when walking around using it. | |

is there anyway to get this to work on my phone for free? says i have to pay 40 quid for a years service to use it as sat nav. id rather it was free. |
