They're all essentially the same, all have a usb/sata chip inside and all have a hard drive, all of which have failure rates. | |

I got one from comet, was a verbitasim or something like that it was £75, had it for a wee while now, works great | |

If you're transfering via USB and not eSata, then regardless if it has 16MB or 32MB cache, it will make *no* difference to the speed of the drive... | |

one is 32MB Cache and the other is 16MB. | |
