quote: It doesn't have a modem built in, you need a modem (or other router/device) with an Ethernet port that then plugs into this router. edit: the DGN2000 has a built in modem. [Edited on 02-08-2009 by James_DT]

I installed a cheepo netgear yesterday, and its so much more user friendly than my Homehub.... no extra firewall, blocked ports etc.

Can't go wrong with Netgear in my previous experiences with them. I'm now using some Thomson one that came free from my ISP though (PlusNet) and that's also never missed a beat.

This is a bit worrying for me lol as I have just gone from ISP Tiscali - using a Netgear Router (as Tiscai's Router is rubbish) to migrating to BT and using there 2.0 home hub.
