	avg cant download cus "its inffected" new virus i have aquired wnt let me do anything (media player / msn etc) unl;ess i buy the anti virus software from the usa annoying pop ups galore

	my avg has run out of date and now my whole system is under abuse, pop ups everywhere, virus warnings etc etc whats the best and preferably free anti virus software?
