She was out clubbing with a few friends and at the end of the night she found a phone on the dance floor (dont worry my girlfriend is not a thief LOL) i thought it might of been worthless but thought i might aswell ask just incase somebody knows how to fix it

If she 'found' it (i.e. didnt buy it) then most likely the IMEI has been blocked and the phone is worthless

hi there my girlfriend found a pink samsung tocco a few weeks back it accepts her sim card n all but it just wont let her make calls or send texts so does anybody know any sites to unblock it or how much it would roughly cost if i took it to a shop??
