Does Putty do something along these lines?

And use keys instead of username/password?

I know I could use DOS FTP but I don't think it supports SFTP and more importantly I don't want the server login details on show in a batch file or whatever.

Turbo FTP isn't open source by the way (i.e. free).

I'm after an open source FTP program that will automatically upload a ZIP file at a given day/time using SFTP protocol, anyone recommend any software to do the job?

It's going to be on a Windows XP Pro box.
