I might be stating the obvious but do you not have FTP details for your website?

If so, use a free FTP client such as FileZilla to download all your files.

Assuming it's just a standard website (html, images, flash, etc) and not scripted then you could just use a website ripper like BlackWidow?

My hosting company I use for a site has been bought out by another company just as my current hosting I use with them was about to expire. I now need to get a copy of all the files I had on the sever as a complete file structure to upload to my new hosting provider. Although I can’t log on to my control panel but the site is still live. I’m trying to resolve this with the company but is there anything I can do in the mean time to access them?
